APPROVE 5 and AUTHORIZE the Chair, Board of Supervisors, to execute a contract with Batchelor & Associates in an amount not to exceed $36,000 to provide financial, economic, and administrative consulting services to the Board of Supervisors and the County Administrator for the period January 1 through June 30, 2006. (100% General Fund) (All Districts)

B. ADOPT 6 and AUTHORIZE the Chair, Board of Supervisors, to sign

Resolution No. 2006/4 proclaiming existence of a local storm-related

emergency.
