I.  1 STUDY SESSION PA 07-006:  Grafton Plaza (410-20) STAFF REPORT

The City of Dublin City Council and Planning Commission will be discussing a proposed mixed-use development project on 12.23 acres of land within the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Area.B B The proposed project site is located in Area H in Dublin Ranch, south of Dublin Boulevard, east of Grafton (APN 985-0061-010).B B The project is a multi-story, mixed use development including 4 low to mid-rise buildings, 3 residential towers, the highest of which is 21 stories, combined with office uses, shopkeeper and live/work units, luxury condominiums, a boutique hotel, day spa and associated open space recreations areas and parking, proposed by the Lin family.

Members of the public are welcome and invited to share their thoughts and ideas on the proposed project.
