Council Policy 000-03:  Presentations to Boards, Commissions and Council

nNo member of any Board, Commission or the City Council shall appear before any body of the city of Santa Rosa representing a client or other third party. nA member may represent him/herself when necessary before a City body. nDoes not apply to a sole practitioner who would be forced to refuse or represent a client or resign his office.
