PUBLIC HEARING "LUTHER BURBANK SAVINGS "500 3RD STREET" Proposal to renovate the existing building and surrounding property located at 500 3rd Street to accommodate its use as a bank branch and headquarters. This includes the demolition and reconstruction of the entire parking lot, public improvements, modifications to the building facades, and expansion of the existing second floor. The Board is also being asked to act on the environmental analysis (a Mitigated Negative Declaration) for the project. File No. DR10-044
