PUBLIC HEARING - DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT AND ANNEXATION - SPRING LAKE VILLAGE EXPANSION PROJECT - 5555 Montgomery Drive - Expansion and annexation of the Spring Lake Village senior community care facility, and the annexation of three adjacent parcels, along Brey Road, which are not part of Spring Lake Village. The expansion would construct 62 independent living units, of which 18 would be single-story cottages. The remaining 44 units would be apartments in four three-story buildings, referred to as Villa 1, 2, 3, and 4.
